Registration

To receive property details you must submit a completed registration form. We may accept or refuse your application at our discretion. Upon acceptance, we will send a confirmation email with your account ID and password.

Registrations are for single users only — do not share username or password. You acknowledge that all information provided during registration is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Disclaimer

Exchange rates are indicative only; contact your bank for market rates. We are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of these rates.

Price of properties advertised

Prices, photos and descriptions are for information only and provided by individual sellers. Information may change and bricklist.mu disclaims liability for errors or misuse of adverts. Property purchases cannot be made online and the final price is determined by the seller.

No Warranty

We do not warrant that downloadable material will be free from viruses. We do not warrant that access to the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free and shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control.

The information provided on the Website is for general interest only and does not constitute specific advice.

Restriction from the Website

We reserve the right to restrict or block access (temporarily or permanently). Notified users must not attempt to use the Website under another name or user.

Liability

Notices to you will be sent by email to the address provided during registration and are deemed received upon receipt (or the next working day if sent on a weekend or public holiday). Postal notices are deemed received three working days after posting.

Customer Feedback and Quality

We operate a system to ensure customer feedback is dealt with fairly. Contact: hello@bricklist.mu. We aim to acknowledge feedback within two working days. Phone calls to advertisers may be recorded for training and quality purposes.

General

We may amend content, suspend functionality, or discontinue aspects of the Website. Any amendments will be subject to these Terms unless otherwise notified.

Contractual Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement. If a court finds any part unenforceable, that part will be severed but the remainder will continue to apply. You may not assign or transfer any benefit or obligation under these Terms.

Use of the Website as a Seller

To publish adverts you must be the owner or an authorised person, create an account with correct details, and complete the description form accurately.

Your advert must include accurate descriptions, only photos or plans of the property, and must be maintained and updated regularly.

Two similar adverts for the same property at the same price are not permitted. Adverts should only present units that are actually available unless otherwise stated.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how and for what purposes we use the information collected about you via the Website. By using the Website and its services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Personal information collected

When you visit, register or use the services, you may be asked to provide your name and contact details. We may also collect information about how you use the Website, including searches, pages viewed, properties accessed, advertisers contacted and email content. Collectively this is referred to as "Your Information".

Contacting Advertisers & Registered Users

Information entered into forms to contact advertisers is recorded and sent to the selected advertiser. If you register and save properties, we may identify saved properties but do not disclose personal details about which users saved which properties.
